I have been brewing on and off for around 6 years now with some successes and some failures but love the experience and experiments.
Every brew I looking forward to trying something new. I am also researching a good clone for a Colonial Small Ale so if anyone has the goods let me know.
I am also trialling some homemade Gingerbeer from all raw ingredients. Keen for suggestions!
