Hey bman(easy to write) I generally treat my ciders like a basic beer when brewing them, just my opinion champ.

Some cheap homebrand stockings is what I used for small hop addition when I first tried using hops, then went onto teaball infusers which are pretty handy if you can find the larger ones, just a couple of small ideas for virgin brewers.

Thanks for that. Being the first crack at it and with the boss liking cider we figured it was an easy start.

Give this a crack and then give a simplistic beer mix for a go.
