Brewing didn't make me a better cook, I was already a fantastic cook
I love this time of year to make some spicy indian curries, dry fry the spices, grind them, marinade, long slow cooking, making my own chapatis and flat breads....mmmmmm. Lamb with yoghurt mint and coriander on the weekend, with a vege dish or two as well (TBD). Curries are going well with my amber ale or porter.
