This coming Friday I am holding my Steak Challenge....

Each participant eats a 1kg (usually rump) steak - the winner is the first to finish.

This is more than a meal...its an event, complete with its own steak eating soundtrack. Its starts off very strong an blokey, (something AC/DCish) and the longer you take to eat your steak the more girly the music becomes (Shania Twains "Man I fell like a women").

The night starts with beer while we cook and involves much more beer along the way.

Been a bit slack this year - last time we had beer ice cream for dessert, but haven't had time this year

I have brewed a Red IPA (as per my "Whats in the Glass" post) and a Wheat Beer for the night.

One big testosterone charge, cave man size night of meat eating and beer drinking.....bring it on!

Disgraceful gauntly, there are people on this earth starving.

My view, shoot me down.

Worrying won't stop the bad stuff from happening. It just stops you from enjoying the good.

Glad you read them possum.

Gotta love a post that provides its own comeback in the signature block.

Just taking the piss by the way - your view is a very valid one

I'll bring the ******* and hoes. Someone else bring the rubber jollies otherwise more meat will be used for utterly stupid reasons.

My apologies enjoy the meal.

So you are having a meat up.

Sounds like a ripper.

There is a few different sauces from south africa at Aldi atm. Such as the monkey gland sauce. Very tasty on a steak. Prices are reasonable too. Supporting south africans too?

The stakes steaks are high, but who will win?

Let's just hope no-one makes a missteak.
