I've got a saison that's been in primary for 10 days and has gone from 1052 to 1001 its been stable for two days and I was really hoping to bottle it tonight. Only issue is the cling wrap on the fermenter is still inflated, I'm thinking this is just co 2 escaping but thought I'd run it by everyone to be sure. Oh and I'm bottling in pets
