Just picked up a couple of these from the big green shed. $24 each. Won't hold a 25kg sack but being food grade, sealable screw top lid and stackable is good enough for me.

About 75%.

Bulk density of whole malt is around 500 kg / m^3 so a 35 dm^3 container will hold around 17.5 kg.

I use one to collect left over water from cleaning. I wouldn't call it sealable, the amount of water that splashes out when you move it around is pretty ridiculous.

I cut the anti-tamper tags off and the lid screws down a bit tighter, no leaks on 3 that I bought.
