Got No Yeast

Hey peeps, was just sbout to start making 2 brews in which i use so4 yeast but just realised that i didn't get any. Can i add the yeast tomorrow and put the rest together tonight.

I'm assuming you're not talking about no-chill cubes or anything like that??

If you're just doing Kits or Extract, then everything I've read says you pitch your yeast as soon as possible.

So my quick answer is "No".

I'd put them together now and make sure to leave the lid off. Just put it out the back yard, it should cool off quicker that way. Should be ready for you to put the yeast in tomorrow.
