Hey all,

I was in IKEA today with my wife earning some brownie points for Good Beer Week, whren I spotted these glass flask/vase things, called Tajt?(?).

I thought they would make a great cheap hydro flask if you needed one. I picked one up and it seems to work a treat. I wouldn't want to use it with hot wort, but still thought I'd mention it...

Nice wide base, I like them.

How tall are they?

Not sure of the volume, but they are certainly shorter than the standard sized plastic hydro flask I have used in the past.

I tried a sample with plain old water to the leaving about 5mm at the top, and my hydro fit nicely with about 20mm to spare at the bottom.

For $2, It may one of those things to get, and just see how you go?

They are definitely MUCH nicer to drink from after measuring, than the plastic ones. :chug:
