So I'm learning to brew...I'm doing everything the wrong way (it's how I do everything.) I'm from the Forster area and actually help my partner run his home brew shop, I'm learning on the go and from everyone from our local brewery to customers that have been brewing for 40 odd years to the new grain brewers down the street. I have my own Grainfather that came with the shop. I'm looking forward to learning a heap.
