Ginger Beer

my ginger beer is not bubbling,its a pre mix 1 and was put in last nght with an extra ltr or 2 of water,will this afect it ??but is not bubling...is that a prob

jase0_1 ginger beer does take a while to get going and can take about twice as long as a normal beer to brew. which kit did you use?

jase01 was it a normal ginger beer or a alcohol ginger beer the one i bought said only needs 3 hours mine didnt bubble either so i keged it the next day i done the normal softdrink ginger beer i liked it so did all my mates

no i did the alcoholic 1 .it smells ok and im hoping for the best

its alive!!!!bubbling away nicely>>>>thanks dude>.....bottled my 1st beer yesterday.in 10 bottles i put brown sugar instead of castor or brewers sugar ....what do you recon..its the real fine stuff that almost feels wet.
