Ginger beer smell

I used safale us 05 for my first time but I opened the fermenter fridge and there is a strong ginger. Beer smell but tastes OK I also used cascade hops in coopers pale ale has anyone had this smell before worried about an infection

Have you taken a hydrometer sample? If yes, does it taste ok?

I keep tasting it but only has the smell and taste ok so ive bottled it now can only wait... ive never used us.05 before i guess it was one of its caristic also never used cascade so maybe a combo of both
