Hey folk.

Is there a calc that would be good to use for brewing with a braumiester 200L.

I’ve been filling to 230L, using 40kg of pils malt, 60 min rest @ 64 deg.
60 min boil.

I’m hitting 1.040-1.042. Which I vaguely remember is a bit low.

I have a feeling the issue may be with the mill I use. Been to scared to adjust it. But if that’s where the issue lies, then so be it.

I’m thinking the malt needs to be ground smaller. I’m having no issues with pump blockage. And the pressure on it only hits the recommended psi when racking to a 330L tank.

Anyway. Probably too much info for what I’m asking. But if anyone has any ideas I’m all ears.
