Has anyone had anything to do with this yeast? Can you give me any info or experiences good or bad.
I have been using it recently and I cant believe how clear the beer is. There is almost no sediment in the bottle or it doesn't stir up easily I have been really impressed.
But I am just not sure it is going the full distance with carbonation. I am getting good pressure in the bottles but the beer seems quite flat when poured.
I am just keen to know if anyone has any advice.
