German Wheat Beer

has anyone got a recipe or a clone to produce a all grain Schofferhofer Hefeweizen wheat beer?

just went by dan murphys and got a few. love em.really getting into the german yeast beers and would like to have a crack at trying to put something down.

I'm not going to claim it's a schofferhoffer clone but I do stand by this recipe for a good hefeweizen that's within the same ballpark.

Arghh one of my favorites....
60 / 40 wheat pils malt
500g dark wheat for 40L

Hallertau to 18 ibus

Wyeast 3638

OG 1.050

Ferment at 17 degc
