Hey all!

Im Caleb from Hobart Tas!
Brand new to the trade, hoping to soak up all the knowledge I can to improve my brew!

Bottled my first stout on Monday can't wait to try it!

Hi,

There is a brew club in Hobart - they meet at New Sydney, 3rd wednesday of each month. Not sure of time.

Welcome. With your stouts they generally like to mature so check one at 2 weeks and intervals thereafter so you can taste the difference/ improvement until you establish a length of time for good drinking of that brew.
Ps hide a couple to check out in a years time, you'll be surprised (I hope)
