Gday from Cairns

so finally decided to pull my finger out and introduce myself. Just moved to cairns from Ipswich and I have been brewing spirits for a little while, made my stills myself and spent a lot of time trialling and error. I haven't had time to brew for the last 18 months but now will have more time to enjoy the awesome hobby but also I am shouting my self a keg setup for Christmas and going to give beer on tap a go.

Welcome Mick! This beer stuff can be a slippery slope. My best advice is getting a grip on fermentation temp control (buy a fridge and a temp controller). Best of luck!
