Gassing mini keg

I naturally carbed a mini keg 2 weeks ago that I am drinking Christmas day.
Should I release the prv before gassing with my mini reg ?

Yes release the pressure, especially if you don't have a non return valve. Then turn the reg on. Just keep an eye on it because if it's gassed at a higher pressure than serving pressure it still might force beer in the reg. Just pour a beer so the level is below the gas inlet
