I currently have a kegerator set up, and at present have the gas bottle and reg in the fridge at 4 deg.
Should i be moving them to the outside of the fridge for better performance?
The kegerator does say it can sit inside.
TIA

Hi Troy, I have had my gas bottle and reg in the fridge for a couple of years without any issues, so I don't see any reason why it can't stay there. :)

i think its fine, the gauge that tells you how much gas is in the cylinder might give an inacurate reading though.

that said, my reg is starting to get some pretty awfull lookin green scale/corrosion and the knob a bit stiffa bit stiff, its fairly old. not sure why this is, it does sit at 8 degrees year round though i dont think its bacteria/mould. any thoughts anyone?

cheers,
sim
