Howdy folks,
Just putting together my first kegging setup (Harris reg, 2 corny kegs with a t-peice to split the gas line, one tap (Bronco faucet), quick disconnects, etc.ec.), and was wondering; does the length of the gas line matter at all? I know the beer line length is vital to correct pour speed and head formation (or foam prevention), but does a similar rule apply to the gas line?
I've got about 6m of the cheap gas/beer line from craftbrewer (ID 6mm, OD 8mm), and about 4m of a gas/beer line from the dude I bought the kegs off (1/4" ID).
Cheers and beers,
Mr.Moonshine
