Al here. I’m new to brewing meaning I haven’t done it yet. I love pale ale but it’s getting ridiculously expensive so I have bought a Snowy Mountain Pale Ale kit to try.

As with Philrob, I replied to your other post. Welcome. One thing I'd recommend, ask around on here and see if there's any brewers or brew clubs in your area. It's easy after a while when the glow and excitement of playing withn a new toy by yourself wears off, to throw it in . There'll be other fellas on here who would dbe happy to make a day of it with ya to give you those pointers that'll help you avoiding making some mistakes that you don't necessarily need to learn from, and can save you having to chuck a whol;e batch out. As I said in the other psot, all the best with it.
