Hi all
about 6 weeks ago i bought a Korona FWK off CB, I used a Wyeast 2007 Pilsen Lager yeast, when i smacked it i left it for two days and it didnt fire up so i opened and put into a litre starter which eventually started up so pitched. Fermentation when good and finished were it should have, fermented for two weeks, so then kegged and have had it at 2 degrees for about 3 weeks now lagering. My problem is that the beer tastes okay but has a foul after taste im thinken it may be infected but not sure?? the taste is hard to describe its a bit like the tang you get from a cheap kit beer fermented at to high a temp

any help would be good thinken im gunna have to chuck it.

cheers jbacon

Ooooh nasty not what you want from a FWK considering the price of them.

Not sure how far you are from CB might be worth bottling a sample and let Ross have a taste and get some feedback.
