Perfect working order, did 2 brews 2 weeks ago.
Selling cause I just got a purdy HERM-IT HX.

Includes:
RIMS tube w/thermowell
Element
Tri-clover clamp and gasket
U-bolts
Can also throw in a brass tap if I find it

Does not include:
Stand
Stainless fittings
Citronella oil
Keg
Pump
Cable ties
anything not specifically stated in the 'Includes' list

Pickup from southern Central Coast, or Macquarie Park in Office hours.
