A few items I was going to use in a HERMS system, but never completed.

70L Stainless Pot (unused) with weldless bulkhead fitting and 1/2” ball valve - $195

- received a few dents while being drilled by G&G - will not impact use.

56L Insulated Mash Tun with Ball Valve and 12” Dome False Bottom (unused) - $145

Heat Exchange Urn (custom made) - $290
- made from a Breville 6L urn, with a “Double Helix” stainless steel tubing for extra flow
- includes 1/2 “ ball valves for wort in/out and drainage (quick disconnects on in/out)
- also fitted an additional 2400W element for quicker heating times
- cost over $450 in parts and fittings

Mag drive pump with stainless head - $90

- has a slightly leaky tap

10L Lennox urn (ALDI brand) with concealed element - $50

I might be interested in the HEX urn, what kind of ramp times does it get with say a 50L batch? Does it come with a PID + temp probe?

edit: just noticed it has an extra element fitted, suppose I'd need to find an extra powerpoint for this badboy...

Not sure what the numbers would be for a 50L batch - but I timed it to heat 7.5L from 15 to 70 degrees in 20 minutes (using a 12v small brown pump)

No PID or probe, but I can add a thermowell for temp probe
