Hey all, just about ready to try ectracts after doing about 5 kits. I have an old fridge that i can control temp easily at 18 degrees. I have some 5L cubes and want to try no chill. I have 4kgs of Light Dry Malt Extract and really want to try to make something similiar to a James Squire Golden Ale :icon_drool2: . I have heaps of Amarillo (which i believe they use), just wondering if anyone has a good recipe or hints for me. Also i cant find anywhere to buy bulk LDME. I also have US05 yeast. Thanks in advance

craftbrewer used to do bulk LDME but your best of going with LHBS as you will save heaps in postage. No need to no chill just put the pot in a sink of water and let it cool that way unless you plan to do full boil extract no need to do no chill I do 13lt boils and only gotto change the water in the sink a few times.
