Free Biscuit Malt

I bought 25 kilos of Dingemans Biscuit in a bulk buy in Vic before I started AG brewing. I think I got a bit excited. I use it in most brews that aren't pale and think it's beautiful but I use it in spec grain amounts. There's no way I'll use all that I have left before it goes stale.

Biscuit needs to be mashed but with other base malts and it is well placed in a dubbel, brown ale and even a stout. I'll be trying some in my next tripel too. Flavour is biscuity/toasty/nutty.

The first 10 to respond to this thread will be eligible for 1 kilo of uncracked dingeman's bicscuit malt for the price of postage. I've checked Aus post restrictions and couldn't find anything prohibiting me posting this but if anyone knows any different please let me know. I'll be double checking at the post office on Monday so I apologise in advance if there are any disappointments.

They will be packaged in some kind of ziplock bag as I have no means of vaccuum packing.

How about a swap? I've got about eight kilos of bairds medium crystal from a bulk buy thats going nowhere fast, wanna do an even swap, a kilo for a kilo?

I'd probably have the same trouble with 8 kg of crystal (have roughly 2 kg each of light and dark JW crystal already) but I'd be happy to knock the postage off and trade you 1 kg just to see the difference between bairds and JW.

Great offer but I got 5kg when in Melb last week
I have used it in a pale and it sure gives a lot of malt flavour so prolly out of style. But I like it so meh
