Gday Everybody,
Well its nearly the end of the week and time to start preparing for yet another brew day. Well I have just attempted my first crack at farming some yeast. I am trying the 2278 Czech Pils Yeast this time around. I am attempting a Vanilla MAlt Pilsner over the weekend if i can find some fresh vanilla beans from somewhere anyway.
I have built a stir plate so have just cracked open my yeast and added to my yeast multiplication device :lol: and things are looking good.
Anyway here is some pics any thoughts ??
