So I put the Brew together on the 27th July.. 21L apple juice, 2L pear nectar boxed, 1kg dextrose, 250g lactose and a pkt of mad millie cider yeast (1.055sg).. The airlock wasn't bubbling so I freaked a little and pitched some yeast from a beer brew I had earlier... Realised that I'm a **** and the lid doesn't seal properly... It is now down to 1.000 g (1.010 yesterday), smells funky as [emoji23]... How and when will I know if I ruined it? Also I'm bottling into 750ml king browns, can I put 2x carb drops in each without explosions? Cheers
