I was wondering if someone could give me some excellent advice as to what i should do next .
I'm 5 days into my first fermentation process and my final gravity reading are at 1014 for my Rogers beer and 1012 for my Stella. I believe tomorrow they should be ready.
Anyway i thought id go out and buy a kegging system toady as to avoid the troubles with bottling as well as enjoying a brew from tap.
My question is: what should i do next ? Should i place into secondary ( with any dextrose, gelatin or nothing at all ) or should I CC or just place the brew straight into the KEG.
Your help is much appreciated.
