Hey Brewers,
I've recently put down a Morgans aus draught kit brew [ last sunday ] with my local brewers blend 20. [ 500g ldme, 250g dextrose, 250g corn syrup.] Re-hydrated kit yeast. I had a O.G of 1.040 and have had two consistent readings of 1.014 over two days but still have small bubbles in senior style air lock? after putting numbers into a calculator im only getting ABV 3.75% [Approx.] was thinking of adding Gelatin or finings and letting go for three more days?
Not sure if i read something wrong at the start? any help would be appreciated,
