So I have been out of brewing for a while and am looking at this one for the weekend.

20l batch
2kg pilsner
1kg pale wheat
1 kg Munich I
.5kg dark crystal
Mash @ 66
20g citra @ 40 mins
30g citra @ flame out
20g citra dry hop
Us 05 @ 18

The brew will be a no chill.
Any comments appreciated.

If it was me, I'd dial the crystal back to about 200g and add the flame out addition to the cube. Regardless though, it'll be tasty. Enjoy the brew session!

500g is a fair whack of dark xtal for that grist. I'd be looking at more the 200g mark.

Without plugging in numbers, it looks alright otherwise.

EDIT: What AJ said.

Thanks sponge I will back off the dark crystal to 200g.

I agree with the flameout addition in the cube, last time I used citra in the cube, the first few weeks in keg it had a lovely pineapple flavour to it
