Ok well the second frrmenter has been ordered and should arrive tomorrow! Also got an auto siphon so this should work a treat.

Ok, just racked into secondary (which just arrived today) and took a reading, sitting at 1001 which should put it around 5.9%abv. Tastes alright too!

if it tastes alright now, imagine what 6 weeks in the bottle and some bubbles will do for it!!
