Hi all,
Just about getting ready to start my first BIAB. Went to a LHBS and discussed an beginner friendly recipe with the bloke at the store.
I'm interested in making a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale-esque beer and this is the recipe I've put together with what the bloke suggested. His instructions were a little on the hazy side, unfortunately.
Anyway, here's what I have put together with what I've purchased.

What do you guys think? I know the beer is a pretty hoppy one, so I've adjusted the hops accordingly to not use the entire pack.
First time setting up BeerSmith as well, so if I've obviously set something up incorrect, lemme know.
Cheers!
