I have made ginger beer a few times, years ago, just from the tin. But I remember the mess it made in my barrel, plus. I want to try and make a few good beers, but that's not all I must of caught some DIY BUG cause I'd like to have a go at a few things. I have made a few knives at home lately which I'm am slowly getting into, I'd like to try making wine, cheese and whiskey and the boss wants some lemonchello but I won't be getting a still in the near future.
But you gotta start somewhere and I'm starting with a Pilsener, on the beautiful Gold Coast in sunny Gods Country.
