Silly airlocks... I just dry-hopped my latest attempt at an APA and that bugger started up again. Lucky for me I know that's normal for dry hopping in primary... Brew on!!! :super:
 
yeah i bottled it today, hopefully in 3 weeks iv got a half decent beer... if not ill still drink it with pride i mean its my beer after all and its still alcoholic .

good luck with that brew of yours maxim, where do you live, canberra? its cold in adelaide but not that fuckn cold :)
 
Jared if you don't like your beer just put it in a cool cupboard for a while (cover with a towel in case any blow) and you might find that your preferences and the taste of the beer might align. Just try one every couple of months. I had a stout that tasted like poison - 5 years later awesome stout. What changed? I'm sure the stout changed but maybe my taste for stout changed too.

Im in the cold end of the blue mountains, according wiki we are 1 deg colder than Canberra average mean max and mean min.
The SG has taken 1 week to move from 1.040 to 1.035 i think il need to hit her with some heat! lol

Do post the results once she is finished =]
Was bottling painful?
