Hi All,

I have recently just finished my first all grain Coopers Pale Ale with the Robo Brew Brewzilla
After fermentation I cold crashed the beer for two days then forced carbonated it for another two days
When I kegged the beer it had an overpowering "sour" like smell
It does not taste like it should - not nice at all - but it has been 7 days now since I forced carbonated and it seems like it is slightly tasting better.
My question is since I forced carbonated it will it continue to ferment / improve the longer I leave it?

Cheers

Hi Gibbo,

Probably need a bit more information to really try and help.
Recipe and mash schedule
Chill vs no chill
Sanitisation regimen
Yeast (and amount)
Fermentor type
Fermentation temp
Did it have the same taste pre-kegging?

Lots of places where you can get funky flavours in beer, with the cold side being the most likely.
