this is my first planned AG recipe. i have done 4 brews (2 kits&kilo, a kit and bits and a toucan) and have decided to move to AG as i have just about all i need for a BIAB setup in my distilling equipment.

here is the recipe i made up after a fair bit of reading online. the idea is for a fairly simple (american i guess) pale ale. i am someone who cant just follow a recipe and has to do my own thing. this is to be a pretty tame beer without too much going on so i can get comfortable with AG and biab methods and see what comes out. i'm using the rice to up the alcohol without too much else going on.
i have all the ingredients at the moment with extras, but need some more bottles and to make the bag (have the swiss voile) before i will start.

i would like some feedback from some people with more experience.
