I know, it's a of a rash move but that point in the evening I was tired and just wanted it to be finished already. It's not normal practice for me and I regretted doing it by the next morning. However upon checking the thermometer on the beer it was down to 18'c within 12 hours of pitching so I'm hoping the harm done is minimal.StalkingWilbur said:Would've been gone to wait until the wort got down to your ferment temp instead of pitching warm and cooling down.
