Finally cracked my first ag biab tonight. It was 4800 tf perle ale malt, 200gms caramunich 1, POR to 30 IBU's 23 litres into fermenter and saf us 05 at 19 with polycar after 2 days crash chilling then 2 days later to bottle.Absolutely fantastic taste with a hint of malt and a light bitterness, very,very happpy no kit twang to speak of tho the head is a little underdone- mabee another week in the bottles for secondary after a cool week on the MNC. Totally stoked overall thanks guys cant wait for my DR smurtos im putting down melb cup day! Not to mention my other basic Aussie Ale bottling tomorro with POR and Cluster yummo!Cheers
