Hi guys

I have searched the forum but am unable to find a recipe for a clone of Coopers Pale Ale using extract rather than kits.

I will be using recultured Coopers yeast and I have plenty of Pride of Ringwood hops.

Can someone share a recipe with me or point me to one on the site.

Thanks guys

I reckon maybe 3kg (2 tins) coopers pale malt extract and 20g of pride of ringwood boiled for 20 mins should get you pretty close

Base it on AndrewQLD's pale ale clone recipe. It's all grain but all you need to do is sub in your pale extract in the amounts need to give you the approximate gravity. You can buy wheat malt extract and hopefully you can steep a bit of crystal.

Recipe is here: http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum//ind...&recipe=483

Hop additions tweaked to give the same IBU

This is what I'm gonna put down for my next brew, I made it before but with a coopers pale kit and only the 20min hop addition and it come out pretty similar and was very well recieved but my friends. Feel free to point out any flaws.
