Need some advice on a recipe I found on another site. All Amarillo IPA. Sounds delicious from reviewers comments but am keen to try with a smaller boil. Due to stupid height of kitchen cabinet I can only fit an 8l pot. So am really limited to a 6ish litre boil below recipe I think is for full boil but also read that people did a 3g boil. Am keen to give it a go with a smaller boil but am new to brewing so need your expert advice please. Original recipe below.
