Hey all,

I'm considering doing a ESB 3kg Bavarian Wheat Brew.
Anyone tried it???

Thanks heaps

Matt

I did one as my first brew it was very light and tasty for summer

I did add too much water and mine came out a bit thin

Just brewing my 2nd batch of it now its damn good in my opinion.

I think i remember doing it with some vienna & a WB-06 yeast. Would do again.

I've just bought the 3kg ESB Bavarian Wheat pack (comes with WB-06) so I'm looking forward to putting this down tomorrow. Can't wait!

I think I'll do it to about 20L.

Cheers all.

Thanks guys for all the feedback. I too purchased one today. Hopefully very tasty!!

Ah so it does come with WB-06, that's what my notes must have meant. The other time i did this it was with 20g of corriander & the rind of 1 lemon and 1 lime. Very tasty. Was popular on tap too. Though, i find most wheat beers are.
