Already got interest for 45kg of Sodium Percarbonate - so that's close enough to 2bags worth.

I spoke to another chemical company earlier today about some SDS (Sodium dodecyl sulfate) and EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) but need to call back to talk to their chemist about the exact details so don't know the price yet, however adding small quantities of both would boost the 'magic powder' making it virtually the same as PBW.

In terms of how to arrange it, whatever works best for you.
I didn't want to complicate things too much, but needed some percarbonate myself and it's easy enough for me to pickup.

Just an FYI, to make the equivalent of PBW, to the 70% Sodium Percarbonate 30% Sodium Metasilicate mix add:
Sodium laurilsulfate (detergent/surfacant, suggested mix 0.5-1%) is about $8/kg
EDTA (water softer, limescale remover, suggested mix 1-5%) is about $7/kg (only available in 25kg bags)

I'm not a chemist, but I don't think that there is anything special in there that will remove limescale or soften water.
EDTA is a chelate which binds metal ions softening the water and help remove limescale - I presume it's included in PBW primarily so that the product is (more) useful in hard water areas, with Melbourne's soft water it may not be as useful.

As a good general practice, (stainless) brewing gear should be rinsed with acid (citric, phosphoric) (or products like Starsan, Saniclean) after being cleaned with caustic-type-cleaners (Sodium Metasilicate), those acids are also commonly used to remove limescale deposits.
I get 1kg bags of citric acid at the Indian-food wholesale place.

It's likely I'll be visiting G&G a week or two after the bulk buy purchase is completed, so that might save you visiting this side of the city.
EDTA = Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Both SLS and EDTA are common in cleaning-type products, so if you sell/make/use one it's quite probable that both are sold/used/made, but they're not always available in powder form.
If the various information about PBW and the chemist I spoke to at the chemical company today are correct, a 5kg (Sodium Metasilicate) 10kg (Sodium Percarbonate) mix, would use only about 100g SLS and 350g EDTA.
