Hi all,
I have done my first ag brew via the biab method this morning. Everything went really well except I didn't remember to take volume and sg readings until 10 mins into the boil.(realised at first hop addition!)
So I shut down the burner and took a sample to test later when cooled, and also measured my volume, then cranked her back up and continued as normal.
Obviously liquid expands when hot. So I was wondering is there still a way of calculating efficiency from a near boiling temp?
Thanks in advance Tribal.
