Anyone in the Hunter area looking to build their control panel I found this:

Went out there and picked up two, there's still about five left.. cheap as and look like good quality.



I bought the second one to use as the base for a experimental batch 1v system using a 19l Big W pot, fits nicely.

I found these fermenter jackets. They are actually pretty cool. I guess if you wanted to spruce your fermenters up they would be a handy addition.

I'm a bit outta the AHB loop at the moment, so apologies if this has been posted already.

I picked this up today at Aldi. on sale today.

I was able to fit 5kilo of rye malt in the container to the 30cup mark, so pretty comfortable with saying you could probably get 8 kilo of specialty malts in with space to spare.

I got a CO2 cylinder of that size with some stuff off gumtree. Its a BOC hire cylinder so won't be able to get it filled at the HBS so the value is in the gas rather than the cylinder.

the VB tap makes up for it. Also by the look of the fermenter, whoever buys this is in for a solid day (maybe two) of cleaning.
