Hi guys, I dropped my mashmaster thermometer this morning from about 50cm and crapped myself. I was surprised and relieved to see the glass still intact and no obvious damage. Later however I realised that my shed said 25C and thermometer read 12C.

Checked at higher temps and there is still a 13c Difference.

The reset screw on the back. Does that just wind it up back to the correct temp?

Hope someone can help
Lee

Calibration instructions here bloke (from the mashmaster website) :)
Good luck !

Yes mate, just reset to 0 in a jug of water and loads of ice, then check in a kettle of boiling water. One of mine is out a couple of degrees when I do it this way so I just make up some water at about 70 deg C by checking with a stick or digital thermometer and set the mashmaster dial thermometer to that.
