get yourself a crank and use the guns, did 5 kg in 2 minutes and half a beer, I look at it as burning some of that beer off that I drink when I brew!!!
 
Slightly OT, but i have a surplus 7.5 kg front loader washer electric motor sitting about. If i combine that with the wheel that it normally drives on the washer, would that be enough grunt to mill with (havent got a mill, any suggestions as to a suitable one?)
