Hey all I'm about to try my first go at an all grain brew I have a 50lt Hlt and a 60 ltr kettle I'm looking to make around 46lt of beer as I have 50lt keg kegerator. Most of the recipes I find are for 19/23 lt so can I just double the recipe and if so does the time in the mash tun and final boil remain the same? Thanks.

Chuck the recipe into beersmith or brewer's friend or something and then upscale it from there. Let them do the maths for you.
