Very good passionfruit aroma and flavour. yum!

ill give you some feedback if you send me a bottle to try ;)

looks pretty good. have you tried using a bit of wheat in the grist at all?

how precise does the 9.99g cascade need to be?

Thats looking fine for spring. No crystal, a nicely malty apa.
just just maybe boost the IBU up to 40.
To bring on the spring eh.

Mash at 68 it will be meaty and malty. So where can I get a bottle?
top stuff

Would it make much of a difference if you substituted the pale malt for Joe White Traditional Ale malt?

I am a partial man.

What alcohol content would the above have?

I might do that this weekend, with a kilo of the ale malt replaced with a kilo of light malt.

And also substituting a 500g of Ale malt for 500g of wheat malt.

Cheers.

Anticipated OG: 1.052
use the calcs in the calc section to work out alc %.
will come to about 5%

you should know better drew.

Looks the goods Coodgee :chug:

The only suggestion I have is to change the 60 min addition to all simcoe with the same IBUs, and maybe dry hop it with 20g of cascade.... I love the aroma of APAs :)

And simcoe is awesome :p

Where are you getting Simcoe and Centennial plugs from, or is it meant to be pellets?

what ferment temps are you using with that yeast?
sounds good.

US 56 Dry yeast. fermenting at 21 degrees. can't detect any esters at all. infact it's really really clean. my next APA is going to use 90 grams of amarillo. I'm looking forward to it. that might not be enough hops so I might have to add a little centenial too.
