Anyone good at working out a dilution of 81% phosphoric acid to achieve a 3% solution in water ?
Would it be 2.7mm per litre ?

37ml in 1L of water.

Cheers.

I use Phos acid as a sanitiser but I am not sure of the strength, but I dilute 20ml in 10 lt of water as per intstructions.

Cheers
Andrew

Here's the formula: (Percentage required x Percentage Volume in ml)/Percent Solution = ml required per Percentage Volume in ml. Or (3% at 1L)/81% Solution = ml per L

(3%*1000)/81% = 37.03703704 ml in one litre
