Popped this up to the Illawarra Brewers Forum. Have you got experienced judges, theres a number in the Illawarra and they are far from the old soak at the end of the bar who reckons he knows a good drop.

Beers are at BIL's waiting to be dropped off, must defend last years title....beers are better this year IMO, hoping for good results but wont be able to get to the judging, damn work.

Do you still have to have your own teeth??

I would have happily entered if I had a bit more notice.

Maybe next year.

We have experienced judges. Some of them also have experience running a commercial brewery.
Prize money as stated is $15 for first and $10 for second in each class.

When can we expect results, I was unable to attend judging and am keen to find out.

Had 59 entries this year. The all grain brewers took out most of the prizes. Will post the winners in each class shortly.
Hope to see as many entries next year.

Hi All
Thought I would post here instead of starting a new thread. Wondering what beers fit some of these classes. Maybe stupid questions but what does NEW cover in class 1. Where do you guys think an amber ale and a French Saison would be best situated. Keen to have a crack this year.
Thanks
